Qing Mu Noodle is a charming eatery that features quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods. Mekong Noodles, a dish from Southern Vietnam, is the house special. The broth is boiled for eight hours in pork bones, resulting in a rich, savory flavor. Popular items on the menu include Pho (meatball, rare steak, and a combo with tripe), Spring Rolls, and Vermicelli. But it’s our house special Banh Mi (pork belly and pate) that makes loyal customers out of visitors.
