Pho Hue Oi (Torrance) in Torrance, California

Hue Oi, known for its authentic family Vietnamese recipes, quickly became a favorite in Orange County when it first opened in 2011. After just two years, it moved from Garden Grove to a larger space in Fountain Valley in 2013. Expansion continued with a Redondo Beach location in 2017, renamed Pho Hue Oi, which has won "Best Vietnamese Restaurant" in the South Bay for seven consecutive years. The restaurant was also featured in the OC Register's "75 Best Places to Eat in Orange County." Most recently, Pho Hue Oi was listed among the "11 Must-Try Pho in LA" by the LA Times. The Duong family has just opened their third restaurant, Pho Hue Oi, in Torrance - Soft Opening on 02/05/2025.
